JEFF KELLEY President
Jeff became the president of Millard Group in 2008. He has played a strong leadership role since joining the company in 1995, initially heading up the List Management Division, then serving as Executive Vice President. Jeff directed all sales activities, especially those related to client relationships and new business acquisition. His extensive knowledge of the industry and involvement over the past twenty-five years offer a perspective towards continued growth and success for Millard Group and our clients.
Prior to joining Millard Group, Jeff was the Director of Marketing for Domestications at Hanover Direct, Inc. He also spent a number of years at Sara Lee Direct in the list development area, driving file growth through catalog and package insert prospecting activities. Jeff held marketing positions at General Nutrition Corporation and Best Products, Inc.
Jeff leads Millard Group's Executive Team and heads up the strategic planning process, developing long range goals for the company. Jeff is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association and New England Mail Order Association, where he served on the Board of Directors for six years.

LYNN ANNE BADURINA Senior Vice President - Online Marketing Services Division
Lynn Anne heads up our Online Marketing Services Division. She is responible for providing strategic insight to her clients to help grow their online business through use of our numerous online products including email marketing, email database services, search engine marketing, web design and development. Her focus is on developing email circulation plans that integrate all customer touchpoints including catalog and retail promotions.
Lynn Anne joined Mokrynskidirect, now Millard Group, Inc., in 1996. Her background includes over a decade of experience with world-class companies in the direct marketing field, encompassing online marketing, database, list, and insert media. She has also held positions with WeightWatchers.com.
She is a member of Shop.org, Direct Marketing Club of New York, and the DMA Search Engine Marketing Council. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributor to various industry magazines.

AMY FUSCO Senior Vice President - List Management Division
Amy has over twenty-one years of industry experience starting her career in brokerage and subsequently moved into list management. Amy is responsible for the overall leadership, sales and operations of the List Management Division as well as corporate oversight. Amy is involved in the development of account strategy and the sales and marketing plans for clients as well as new business acquisitions.
Amy has built a solid reputation in the industry and her experience gives her a well-rounded perspective, greatly benefiting her ability to provide quality services to our list owners. Prior to leading the list management division Amy was responsible for the sales of many major accounts. She was extremely successful at maintaining the highest percentage of rental usage for her clients across the division.
Amy is a member of the Direct Marketing Association Catalog Council and List and Database Council.

DONNA HAMILTON Senior Vice President - Business Development
Donna has over eighteen years of experience in direct marketing and has been with Millard Group since 1996. At Millard Group she is responsible for managing the New York sales office that services key catalog, publishing, and database accounts. Her focus is creating in-depth marketing, sales and advertising strategies, and developing new list products and new business opportunities.
Before joining Millard Group, Donna was at Thomas Publishing Co., where she managed the list rental business for all of Thomas' domestic and international list and database properties. Prior to that, she was Marketing Manager for Thomas Regional Directory Company, developing a marketing database and overseeing the lead generation, direct mail, telemarketing, and research programs. Donna began her direct marketing career at BankAmerica Insurance Group.

BILL LaPIERRE Senior Vice President - Brokerage Division
Bill heads up our List Brokerage group, incorporating all the brokers in our New Hampshire and New Jersey offices. His expertise in circulation planning comes from more than twenty-five years of direct marketing experience. Moreover, Bill's experience in merchandise evaluation and catalog creative critiques has been key in helping many Millard Group clients launch their businesses and increase profitability.
Prior to joining Millard Group, Bill was the Catalog Marketing Manager at Brookstone. His responsibilities included circulation planning, orders and sales forecasting, list management, and merchandise analysis. Bill also formerly served as Circulation Director for the Potpourri/Stitchery catalogs and as Marketing Manager for the publisher, Artech House.
Bill is a past president and Honorary Director of the VT/NH Direct Marketing Group. He is a frequent speaker for all three of the New England direct marketing groups and has conducted seminars on starting a mail order business, catalog critique, and strategic planning for catalogers.

JIM LYNCH Senior Vice President - AM/Direct Division
Jim has spent more than twenty-five years in the direct marketing industry, starting in New York as an account executive in list management and subsequently as a regional manager for a group of brokerage offices. Jim worked eleven years for a leading list management firm and was Vice President of its List Management division prior to joining Millard Group in 1994. He has worked with a number of significant list and insert media accounts. At Millard Group Jim also directed the Time Inc. list management account for over four years, helping to implement sales and marketing strategies for its multiple titles.
In his role at Millard Group, Jim is responsible for the insert/multichannel media division, AM/Direct. Under his direction, this division has expanded to offer brokerage and management, currently serving some of the most prominent names in direct marketing.
Jim sits on the Operating Committee of the DMA's Insert Media Council and is a former board member of the VT/NH Direct Marketing Group.

JUDY DESMARAIS Group Controller
Judy joined Millard Group in 2006. She provides leadership to all functions of the financial department. Her responsibilities include overseeing and directing all financial activities for Millard Group, including accounting, budgeting, auditing, and credit and collections.
Judy brought nineteen years of extensive experience to her role at Millard Group, most recently as Direct of Finance at Opencell Corp. Judy is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

SALLY WESTAWAY Vice President of Operations
Sally has been part of Millard Group since 1990 with a background as both cataloger and list manager. Her broad understanding of the mechanics and details of order processing through brokerage, management, and accounting has made her a key go-to person.
Prior to joining Millard Group, Sally held the position of Customer Service/Telephone Sales Manager at Brookstone and also served several years as Brookstone's Name Acquisition Manager. With over thirty-five years in the direct marketing industry, Sally brings expertise and a valuable customer service perspective to the Executive Team.
