Decision Direct Research offers multichannel retailers the opportunity to participate in Quarterly Online Co-op surveys. This is a great opportunity for you to find out what your customers think of your Web site, products, and services, and how they compare to other multichannel retailers.
These surveys focus on a different issue each quarter that is important to multichannel retailers, such as customer satisfaction, online services, and merchandise and value. Each survey is comprised of roughly 20 questions, and the cost to you is only $850 per survey.
How Do You Compare to the Competition? Decision Direct Research's online surveys are easy for your customers to complete, and will provide you with significant insight into how your customers view your Web site, products, and services.
The survey questions are the same for all participating companies, and the final report allows you to see how your customers view your Web site, products, and services, as well as how your results compare to the aggregate data for all the participating companies.
Are the Results Confidential? Yes. While this is a co-op study, you alone will be able to see your results. At no time will your individual results be shared with the other participants. You will, however, receive a list of the other participating companies for each quarterly survey, along with the aggregated data.
Survey Timing Our quarterly surveys are in field in April, July, October, and late December/early January. The latter is the Post-Holiday survey, which typically includes more than 60 participating titles.
