To request a duplicate copy of an invoice from Financial Services, please provide the following information. The duplicate invoice will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as possible.

If the order/invoice that you are requesting is a re-use order and the computer verification has not been received for the original order, the requested invoice will not be available.
