— Includes all members that made a payment.
— Choice of Payment tied to Recency or Payment tied to History.

• Cancels
— Includes all members who cancelled a program; but could be an active member within another program.
— Cancels ONLY, includes members who cancelled a program and dont have any other active accounts.

• Formers
— Members who have had no activity in the last 24 months.

• Completers
— Includes members who fulfilled their commitment to a program by completing payments on a program or paying for the program in full.
