Modeling

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia offers modeling across the files.  Of most interest are the larger universes of the Masterfile of 1.9 million active subscribers and Martha Stewart Living of 1.1 million active subscribers.  The following programs are available:

• Good Customer Match Model – Mailer provides 100M to 200M of their best customers to match against the MSLO file.  Transactional and enhancement data is included in the modeling process to determine the best segments for the mailer to test.

Pricing – 50,000 name minimum; rate card pricing, plus $25/M modeling selection fee.

Response / Regression Model – Mailer matches respondent and non-respondent records from a recent mailing to the MSLO file.  The names are used to build a model that differentiates the subscriber records from most likely or least likely to respond.  The file is scored and mailer tests into the top ranking segments.

Parameters/Pricing –

  1. Mailer mails 100M names or more on the file to generate enough respondent vs. non-respondent records to use in the model.   100M names are rented at negotiated rate. Model is created.  Mailer tests 50M names at rate card pricing, plus $25/M modeling selection fee.
  2. Mailer provides recent mail merge file with respondent and non-respondent records flagged to use in the model.  Model is created.  Mailer tests 50M names at rate card pricing, plus $25/M modeling selection fee.
